  1. Unwrap one steamer.
  2. Place it on the shower floor where it receives light splashes, just outside the direct stream.
  3. Let the water dissolve the tablet and release the menthol vapors.
  4. Adjust its placement to control the release. More water dissolves it faster.

Use one per shower. For shower use only. Do not use in the bath or apply directly to skin.
