The shower steamers are water activated. Once the water stream reaches the steamer the menthol aroma is released filling your shower with minty goodness.

    use after my workouts

    I start every morning with a workout, so taking care of myself is already part of my routine.     As a labor and delivery nurse, I spend my shifts caring for women through some of the most physically and emotionally intense moments of their lives.
